NEXUS
Analytics platform for infrastructure teams — realtime graph of 40k nodes, kept readable at 60fps.
AI-NATIVE DIGITAL ARCHITECT/TECHNOLOGY & MARKETING STRATEGIST/WORLD RECORD HOLDER
Three materials, one system. I build interfaces where engineering decisions are visible in the way things move — and where motion is never decoration, but the shortest explanation of what just happened.
I'm SumanKumar Phuyal, a AI-Native Digital Architect. I spend my days in the narrow band where interface design becomes an engineering problem: render budgets, input latency, state that has to survive a bad network, and animation that carries meaning instead of filling time.
My work covers React, Next.js and TypeScript for product surfaces, and Three.js, WebGL and GSAP when an idea needs depth, light or real-time reaction. I care about the unglamorous half too — design systems that survive three teams, accessible components, and a Lighthouse score that doesn't collapse the moment the marketing site gets a hero animation.
I work with a small number of studios and product teams each year, usually on interfaces nobody has built before: configurators, data-heavy dashboards, launch experiences, and 3D product stories. I write the shader and the test suite.
SELECT A SYSTEM
Everything here is something I've shipped to production, not a logo collected for a grid. Hover a node to read how I actually use it.

SCROLL TO ROTATE THE CORE
Analytics platform for infrastructure teams — realtime graph of 40k nodes, kept readable at 60fps.
Immersive 3D brand experience for an audio hardware launch, with a scroll-driven camera and no loading spinner.
Storefront rebuild for a performance cycling brand — 2.1s to 0.9s LCP, +18% checkout completion.
Launch site for a satellite imaging startup: a single scene that explains a hard product in one scroll.
Four more projects are under NDA — configurators, an internal design system, and a realtime control room interface. I can walk you through them in a call.
REQUEST THE FULL LISTFRONTEND DEVELOPER — HELIX INTERACTIVE, BERLIN
Two years of production work on marketing sites and a booking product. I learned the boring craft first: semantic markup, browser quirks, accessibility audits, and how a component library rots if nobody owns it.
SENIOR FRONTEND ENGINEER — NORTHWIND SYSTEMS
Moved into platform work: a typed design system used by four product teams, a Next.js migration off a legacy SPA, and my first serious performance budget. Cut initial JavaScript by 62% and stopped shipping regressions with CI Lighthouse gates.
LEAD CREATIVE DEVELOPER — STUDIO KANT (CONTRACT)
A year of award-track studio projects. I owned motion architecture — scroll systems, page transitions, and the rule that every animation has to explain a state change. This is where GSAP timelines stopped being effects and became structure.
INDEPENDENT — CREATIVE TECHNOLOGIST
Now working directly with studios and product teams on realtime interfaces: WebGL scenes that hold 60fps on a four-year-old phone, configurators wired to real inventory, and data views that stay legible under load. Currently prototyping a WebGPU motion toolkit.
SIGNAL FIELD / ACTIVE
Sampling 40,320 nodes — GPU instanced, one draw call.
REALTIME / WEBGL
Raymarched metal, three orbital rings, one fragment shader. It reads your pointer, your scroll and your device tilt — and it costs less than a hero image.
